Middlesex University

I am a journalism graduate currently working towards my NCTJ magazine qualifiaction. I studied journalism at Middlesex University based at the Harlow College Journalism Centre.
As well as contributing to Flisolo I also contribute to online photography magazine ePHOTOzine.

A student at Middlesex university, currently studying Graphic design. After sucessfully completing my first year I now am in the second and finding it slightly different from the first year. The requirements are much higher and require more time and creativity. The course is proving to be alot of fun I have learnt so much in such a small sapce of time, form 3D design to Adobe Flash and much more. Fellow students are very helpful when working as a team, we are all able to bounce ideas off each other and produce great pieces. At the end of each project we have to present our work to the rest of the class, which at times can be quite nerve racking, however, once you get into it it's fine. It also give you the opportunity to practice selling your ideas to others.

Flisolo.com has a range in articles which potentially can help students all over, giving students knowledge about things they may not have thought of themseleves. It also gives others a chance to write up on their own situations and quieries, which can guide other students, who are either about to start university or are going through a simular situations. Being a student myself I have found Flisolo.com a very helpful site, giving me knowledge which I have passed on to others. As Flisolo's graphic designer my job title is to produce article images which can visually show what the article are discussing. I also create graphics for various other things like their website icons. I have being through the developments of Flisolo.com, and can say that I am happy to have contributed to their growth, and through this I have learnt alot, which has made a positive impact on my career and knowledge.
