In today’s fast-moving world, we often forget that the past is so often, yesterday’s news. If life is about being embracing change through thought and innovation, that’s exactly what I aim to do.
That’s why Flying Solo is not only growing so quickly, but also why it is so different now than as it was one year ago, and that’s why I expect it will be even more different in the years to come. If there is pioneering to be done, we hope to pioneer it- Expect more products soon!
Flying Solo Fast Facts:
• Flisolo.com is the only website to collaborate with student newspapers across the UK and pull the rich and lively content together on a single site. The result? Readers can now explore what has been happening, as it happens from campuses across the UK.
• Flisolo.com allows readers to personalise their content by university and by subject matter (I'm pleased to say we are the only ones to do that too ;-)).
• FS Magazine spawned from the success of the website. FS Magazine is now the single biggest student publication in the UK with a print run of 75,000, (comparative to NME at 100,000!). Print numbers have already doubled over just three months but we hope there will be lots of growing still to do.
